2] The impugned order is passed by the learned 2nd Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur on 16th April, 2014. 3] In the circumstances, at this stage, in view of the time lag, there is no propriety in hearing the application for stay of conviction. 4] It would be in the fitness of things to allow the alternate prayer of the applicant by directing that the Revision Application itself be heard expeditiously.
