This is an application for suspension of sentence and for releasing the applicants on bail. The applicants have been convicted under Section324 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code by an oder dated 20.2.2009 passed by the JMFC Miraj.
2) The Appellate Court by its order dated 3.3.2016 has confirmed the said Judgment and order passed by the Trial Court.The maximum sentence imposed upon the applicants is 6months. The applicants are also directed to surrender their bail bonds and since then they are in Jail. The substantive sentence imposed upon the applicants is hereby suspended during the pendency of the revision application No.143/2016 and the applicants are directed to be released on bail in RCC No142/2000 on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/ each with one or two solvent separate local sureties in the like amount before the Trial Court. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
