P.C.:- This is an Application for, seeking extension of time to carry out amendment and other consequential reliefs as per Order dated 5th October, 2015 passed in Civil Application No. 718 of 2015. For the reasons stated in the Application and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today and an amended copy of the Petition be served upon the learned counsel for the Respondents within the same stipulated period.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed in the aforesaid terms.
