The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner placed on record copy of the judgment of Division Bench of this Court dated 9th March 2015 delivered in W.P.No.4274/2014 (Panjabrao S/o Ganpatrao Borade v. State of Maharashtra). In the light of the said judgment, nothing survives in this petition. Learned counsel, however, submits that the State has issued further notification dated 26th May 2015 wherein manner of determination of value is specified and the value of land in rural areas is fixed at 2.00. Learned counsel submits that in respect of subject land, the authorities concerned would be declaring award.
