The above Civil Application has been filed for expeditious hearing of the above Civil Revision Application. The ground made out is that the Applicant/original Civil Revision Applicant is more than 70 years of age. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that he has no objection to the hearing of the above Civil Revision Application being expedited. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, hearing of the above Civil Revision Application is expedited and to be shown in the caption of senior citizen and to be placed for final hearing after the ensuing Christmas Vacation in the week commencing 15th February 2016.
