DATE : December 17, 2018 The matter is moved for the speaking to the minutes. It is submitted that joint measurement as directed to be carried out is in respect of land bearing Gat Nos.54 and 55/1. Same has been referred to in the operative part of the earlier order. However, in paragraph 5(iii) of the order dated 25/06/2018 reference to Gat No.54 is inadvertently not made.
The learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute this aspect.
Accordingly in paragraph 5 (iii) of the order dated 25/06/2018 after the words " carry out joint measurement of the land bearing" words "Gat No.54" be added. Necessary corrections be made in the original order. Order accordingly.
