This is a petition seeking review of the order dated 5 August 2021 passed by us whereby Writ Petition No.2483 of 2021, instituted by the review petitioner, was dismissed for the reasons recorded in such order.

We have heard Mr. Lawate, learned advocate for the review petitioner and perused the review petition. 3.

Mr. Lawate draws our attention to the order dated 31 August 2016 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 2673 of 2012 and submits that similar

4-RPW-46-2022 opportunity of approaching the Government with a suitable representation be extended to the review petitioner. 4.

Having perused the order dated 31 August 2016, we are inclined to the view that the same must have been made having regard to the facts and circumstances as obtaining in such writ petition. The facts are not referred to therein nor is the relevant law discussed. Such order does not constitute a binding precedent, which must be followed. 5.

No error apparent on the face of the record of the order under review is demonstrated. No other new document is placed touching the merits of the matter. We find no merit in the review petition. The same is dismissed. No costs.
