At the outset, learned APP makes a statement on instructions that as of today, the investigating agency does not want to arrest the Applicant on available material with the investigating agency. In case, the investigating agency, comes across any further incriminating material necessitating her custodial interrogation, the investigating agency will give four clear days' notice to the Applicant, to enable her to approach appropriate Court for relief of anticipatory bail. The statement is recorded and accepted. On this statement, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of this application.
