We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition in view of the order/direction already issued by respondent no.3-Deputy Director of Education to respondent no.4-Education Officer (Secondary) to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.1 as Shikshan Sevak/Assistant Teacher as the same is pending since long. Therefore, respondent no.4-Education Officer (Secondary) is directed to decide the same as early as possible in accordance with law, preferably within eight Shraddha Talekar PA 1/2

The petition is disposed of with liberty. All points are kept open. No costs.
