1] Taken up from final hearing board. The petition is against the interim order passed pending the dispute before the Cooperative Court of the year 2002. While admitting the petition on 25th March 2004, as not pressed, no interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner. However, it is observed that the cooperative court to proceed with the matter and dispose of the same expeditiously. This order remained intact. The court and the parties must have proceeded with the main dispute. Even if, not proceeded, there is no reason now to keep this matter pending in view of the above. The

YBG wp8861­03 petition is disposed of with liberty. Rule is discharged accordingly. No costs.
