At the outset, the learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the charge-sheet in this case will be filed on 30/03/2021. The statement is recorded and accepted. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the Applicant to approach the trial Court in the changed circumstance of filing of the charge-sheet, after it is filed.

Considering this prayer, the Applicant is allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to the Applicant to approach the trial Court in the changed circumstance of filing of the charge-sheet after the charge-sheet is filed. 3.

It is made clear that the merit of the case is not considered today. Learned trial Judge shall decide the bail application filed by the Applicant, on its own merits in accordance with law.
