Interim Application No.21 of 2020 was preferred for restoration of Criminal Application No.357 of 2019. The said application was dismissed for want of prosecution on 6th December 2021. Hence Interim Application No.1358 of 2022 has been preferred for restoration of Interim Application No.21 of 2020. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, Interim Application No.1358 of 2022 is allowed by recalling order dated 6th December 2021 and Interim Application No.21 of 2020 is restored.
