In that view of matter, First Appeal stands disposed of. 4.

The Award be drawn as per Consent Terms.

The refund of Court fees be processed as per Rules. 6.

The Respondent No.2 undertakes to deposit amount as per Consent Terms before Tribunal within a period of 45 days from today. On deposit of amount, concerned Tribunal shall pass necessary orders for disbursement of same.

The First Appeal alongwith pending Application, if any, stands disposed of.

The record and proceedings be transmitted to concerned Tribunal.
