Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 40/2019 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur for offence punishable under Sections 353, 327, 332, 143, 147, 149, 356, 357, 358, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, after arrest on 19/01/2019.

2 9.728.19 ba.doc The bail is opposed by the learned APP on the ground that of the 10 accused, 8 are absconding.

As there are no antecedents and the role of the applicant is already investigated, applicant deserves to be released on bail. (A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 40/2019 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/­ with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Till the conclusion of trial, applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur.

(C) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
