By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek direction against the respondents to forthwith decide the representation dated 1st December, 2016 made by the petitioner society to sanction the post of the Head Master with retrospective effect from June 2010 to the petitioner school. 3.

Learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondents on instruction from respondent no.4 states that the representation which had been

The decision taken by the respondent no.4 Education Officer shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week from the date of taking of the decision.
