By this Civil Application, Applicant original Claimant is seeking condonation of 141 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 9.6.2017 passed by MACT, Kolhapur in MACP No.444 of 2017.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am Mohite 1/2

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b) To condone the delay of 141 days occurred in filing the present First Appeal and to hear the same on its own merits."

B) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
