After hearing for some time as the Court was not in favour of applicant to grant bail, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to not press the application at this stage in the event trial is expedited as applicant is aged 25 year old and charges are framed on 31st January 2018.

Considering above facts, and as provisions of POCSO Act are invoked in the present crime, leave as prayed is allowed. Application stands rejected, since not pressed. Learned trial Court to expedite Special Case No.26 of 2017 and to expeditiously decide the same preferably within period of three months from today. Application is disposed of in above terms.
