It is informed by the advocate Mr. Prashant D. Patil that in paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the order dated 05.04.2022 his name has been wrongly typed as "Prashant B. Patil " instead of "Mr. Prashant D. Patil". 2.

The name mentioned in paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the said order dated 05.04.2022 as "Prashant B. Patil" is to be substituted by "Prashant D. Patil". Order dated 05.04.2022 stands corrected accordingly. After necessary correction is carried out, corrected order dated 05.04.2022 be uploaded on official website.

Vide order dated 03.01.2022, this Court discharged earlier advocate Mr.Jaydeep Mane who was appointed through legal aid panel to represent the Appellant, and vide order dated 05.04.2022 appointed advocate Mr. Prashant D. Patil to espouse the cause of the Appellant. Ethape
