We have perused the FIR in respect which the prayer for quashing is made in this petition. The allegation is that fictitious accounts were opened at the instance of the Petitioner who was working as an Agricultural Officer, thereby causing loss to the State Bank of India, the borrowers, and the State Government. It is alleged that the Petitioner committed misappropriation to the tune of Rs. 23,53,409.22. 3.

The petition was filed in the year 2015. Learned APP informed us that the trial has commenced and one witness has already been examined.

We do not see any reason to entertain the petition, considering

The petition stands dismissed.
