When this matter was called out in the morning none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner and hence it was kept back. When it is called out again at 3.00 p.m. none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent has brought to my notice that the suit before the Trial Court itself been disposed of by virtue of a settlement that was arrived at between the parties before the Trial Court. He, therefore, submits that now nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
