Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for respondent. By this application, the applicant is seeking by IRESH MASHAL Date:

2025.12.19 17:07:02 +0530 withdrawal of the amount.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicants that the deceased was sole earning member of the family. The applicants have no source of income. They need income for daily expenses and requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned counsel for respondent that the Iresh

6-IA-1591-2020 (C).DOC insurance policy was third party policy and deceased was driver of the insured vehicle and F.I.R. was registered against the deceased. But these facts are not considered by the Tribunal and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsels. The deceased was sole earning member of the applicants' family. The applicants have no source of income. They need income for daily expenses. 5.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, I pass following order:

O R D E R

I.

The application is allowed.

II.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest thereon.

The application is disposed off accordingly.
