Learned APP submits that the applicant herein has been discharged by Extra Joint Additional Sessions Judge, Pandharpur vide order dated 1/8/2018. It is also submitted that when the discharge application was allowed, the applicant has been enlarged and the applicant has filed P.R. Bond of Rs. 15,000/- as contemplated under section 437(A) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In view of this, prayer in the present application has become infructuous. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
