Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the copy of the order is not uploaded on the website of this Court. Perusal of the papers of the Second Appeal shows that the appeal was dismissed for default by a handwritten order dated 10 July 2007. Since the Second Appeal compilation is placed along with the civil application on record, filing of copy of the order dated 10 July 2007 is dispensed with.
