He points out that the present Interim Application taken for substituted service was disposed of by the office inadvertently. He prayed to allow the substituted service as per earlier order passed by the Registrar (Judl.-II).

It appears from the record that the Registrar (Judl.-II) was pleased to allow service by way of substituted way vide Order dated 22/11/2021. Hence, the office issue the notice as prayed in the Interim Application in terms of order dated 22/11/2021.
