Learned APP on the instructions of the investigating officer, who is present in Court makes a statement that chargesheet will be filed within two weeks. In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application. He states that he will file an appropriate Application before the learned Sessions Judge after filing of the charge sheet.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Application has not been heard on merits. The learned shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of this Application and shall decide the Application, if filed, after filing of the charge sheet on its own merits.
