This petition is fled seeking direction to the respondent No.2 i.e. Divisional Commissioner of Pune to decide Externment Appeal fled by the petitioner within a stipulated period.

Learned APP has no objection for giving direction to the appellate authority to decide the said appeal within stipulated period.

In the light of the submission made by learned APP across the bar, we direct the respondent No.2 i.e. appellate authority to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, however, within two weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.

Needless to observe that the concerned appellate authority shall adhere to the principles of natural justice and decide the pending appeal on its own merits.
