Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that all Respondents have been privately served but notice issued to Respondent No. 2 has returned unserved.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that main relief in this Petition is to direct the Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 18th October 2019, 8th January 2021 and 8th October 2021 regarding allotment of three vacant flats.

Accordingly, we direct Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 to dispose of the above representations as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 30th August 2024. Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 should hear the representative of the Petitioner and dispose of the representations by making the speaking order. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by such order, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.

With the above directions, this Petition is disposed of. 6.
All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 7.
The Petitioner to place an authenticated copy of this order along with the above three representations before the Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 so that these Respondents can comply with our directions.
