This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record heirs of deceased-Appellant No.1. The Appellant No. 1 expired on 30th April 2022 and the Interim Application is taken out on 7th January 2023.

Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 strongly opposes the application, however, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1).
