The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is behind bar more than 2 years. She has four years daughter. Trial has commenced and some witnesses have been examined. Hence, direction be given to the Trial Court to expedite the trial.

The learned APP submitted that, appropriate order be passed.

As the Applicant is in jail more than 2 years. Hence Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial as early as possible, preferably within one year from the receipt of this order. 7.

The Application is disposed of.
