Their signatures have been duly identified by their respective Advocates. The said Compromise Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings mentioned in the said Compromise Terms by the respective parties are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

Revision Application is accordingly disposed off, in terms of Compromise Terms dated 5th May, 2022.
