The Petitioner claims to be a student and seeks permission to enter his home town for appearing in 12th standard board examination. He has been externed and orally informs the Court that he is residing now at Alandi. He has already lost some papers. Two papers in which he can now appear are scheduled on 14th March, 2019 and 16th March, 2019. His center is Karmveer Bhaurao Patil Vidyalaya, Pandharpur. 2.

In this situation, we direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to stay with his parents at the address given in present Petition for period from 11th March, 2019 till 17th March, 2019 after

Vishal P 2/2 904-WP-1157-2019.doc filing an undertaking that he shall not indulge in any illegal or untoward activity, shall seriously study and he will try to secure 70% marks in these two papers. If such undertaking is filed with local police station at Pandharpur by 12th March, 2019 he shall be permitted to stay and undertake the examinations.

With these direction, we dispose of this Petition. 4.

Needless to observe that it is open to the Appellate Authority to decide his Appeal at the earliest.
