The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the Petitioner is not questioning the impugned order which was passed by consent and further as the Petitioner intends to take recourse to appropriate remedy in law against the order issuing a certificate under Section 32M of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with no order as to costs.

Needless to mention that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the order issuing certificate under Section 32M of the 1948 Act.
