The order dated 19th July 2023 records that the Petition is pending since 2019 for admission. Before that, it was listed on 4th October 2018. This Court (Coram: A.S. Gadkari, J.) had directed the Petitioner to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- in the Registry within a period of two weeks from that date. The amount was not deposited, no efforts were taken on behalf of the Petitioner to get the matter listed before the court. It is quite clear that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Petition. 2.

On 19th July 2023, this Court had specifically directed that the matter be listed on today's board by way of last chance Ashwini V

11-WP-1188-2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, the Advocate on record, for the Petitioner has not appeared.
