Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The only prayer in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for a direction to decide the pending Change Reports under section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act,1950. The Change Reports are pending in the office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Solapur.

A judicial notice will have to be taken of the fact that practically in every office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner, a large number of old Change Reports are pending. Therefore, if the petitioner wants out of turn priority to be given to the hearing of the Change Reports of the year 2016, he will have to apply for that relief before the

concerned Assistant Charity Commissioner. We are sure that if such application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.

Subject to what is observed above, writ petition is disposed of.
