The present application is taken out by the plaintiffs no.1(c) for fixing peremptory date of hearing of the writ petition on the ground that the matter pertains to execution proceedings of 1968. However, unfortunately in pending civil application applicant no.1(c) has expired. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to take out the civil application. The other surviving applicants are directed to furnish the names and addresses of heirs of applicant no.1(c) to the advocate for the petitioner within one week from today so as to enable the petitioner to take out application for bringing the heirs and legal representatives on record.

In the meantime list the petition for final hearing on 26th November, 2015.
