We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

The Headmaster of the school has forwarded a proposal dated 24.02.2021, to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sindhudurga, wherein, the unpaid salaries of the Petitioner are sought to be cleared as per the details set out in the said communication. The learned AGP submits on instructions that, if no decision is taken on the said application till today, the same would be taken within 30 days. Sneha Chavan

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the said Education Officer (Secondary), to deal with the proposal by following due procedure laid down in law and by carrying out a verification of the records. The decision be arrived at within a period of 30 days, if not already decided.
