This petition is filed by a third party to challenge the interim order dated 23rd September, 2014 passed by the Industrial Court, Kolhapur. By the impugned order, the Industrial Court has stayed transfer of respondent no.1 from Rajapur to Chiplun. The transfer order under challenge posts the petitioner to Rajapur in the place of respondent no.1.

Ms. Patil, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Industrial Court does not have jurisdiction to entertain

She is, however, not able to show any specific prejudice that would be caused to the petitioner, if he is not allowed to join the place of his transfer. The petitioner admittedly has not made any attempt to implead himself to the original proceedings. In the circumstances, there is no substance in the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
