While disposing of Writ Petition No. 10778 of 2016 filed by the Applicant Sadguru Shikshan Sanstha we have today reasoned as under: "1.

The Petitioner Sadguru Shikshan Sanstha has filed the instant Writ Petition on a misapprehension of the fact that the 3rd Respondent Dnyan Vidnyan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal might be granted permission from the Academic Year 2016-17 to establish a senior college at Ganeshwadi (Beedshed).

The fact of the matter is that no such permission has been granted and Dnyan Vidnyan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal has filed Writ Petition No. 13768 of 2016 praying that the order dated 03.02.2016 refusing permission to establish a senior college at 1/2

(901) CAW 1827-17 Ganeshwadi (Beedshed) be quashed and mandamus be issued to the 1st Respondent to reconsider the proposal in terms of Government Resolutions dated 30.10.2010 and 25.10.2011. 3.

Thus, Writ Petition No. 10778 of 2016 is disposed of as infructuous."

Thus, Civil Application No. 1827 of 2017 is allowed and the Applicant is permitted to intervene in Writ Petition No. 13768 of 2016. Amendment be carried out in the memo of parties. [N. M. JAMDAR, J.] [CHIEF JUSTICE] 2/2
