ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he is pressing only prayer clause (b) of the Petition. Prayer clause (b) reads as follows: "b) Be pleased to issue appropriate directions against the respondents, directing them to take immediate action for grant of compensation to the petitioner as per provision of law within stipulated time;"

In the circumstances, we dispose of the Petition by permitting the Petitioner to make a Representation to Respondent No.1-Superintending Engineer, EVE, Const. Circle, Kolhapur. In the event, such Representation is made within a period of three weeks from today, the said Representation shall be considered by Respondent No.1 and shall be disposed of expeditiously.
