Mr. Inamdar, learned counsel for the petitioner tenders an affidavit of the petitioner notarized on 17th November, 2021 instructing him to withdraw the petition. The affidavit states that she understand the consequences of withdrawal of the petition. The petitioner is present in Court and confirms that she has instructed her advocate to withdraw her petition and further confirms that she does not want to proceed with this petition. Statement made by the petitioner, who is present in court, is accepted. Affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.
