The present writ petition takes exception to order dated 23rd January 2024 passed below Exhibit 194 by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Palus, in Regular Darkhast No. 63 of 2008, whereby application filed by petitioners seeking their impleadment in execution proceeding has been rejected. The execution proceeding in Regular Darkhast No. 63 of 2008 has been disposed of vide order dated 15th April 2024."

In that view of matter, nothing remains for consideration in
