By the application dated 23 rd September 2022 received from the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur, a request is made for extension of one year's time for disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.149 of 2013. 2.

This court vide order dated 17 th December 2021, passed in the present petition, directed disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.149 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of the order.

For the reasons stated in the application dated 23 rd September 2022, the time to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.149 of 2013 is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur.
