This is an application seeking condonatin of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kolhapur, in Sum.Cri.Case No.3065 of 2013 vide judgment and order dated 28.10.2015. There is delay of 12 days.
