This is an application for recalling order dated 26/02/2015 by which Second Appeal was dismissed for default. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for granting relief. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) with no order as to costs. Second Appeal No. 745 of 1992 is restored to the file of this Court at its original number and position. Order accordingly.
