This is an application seeking condonatin of delay I filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by Sessions Judge, Kolhapur in S.C. No.89 of 2014 vide judgment and order dated 31.8.2015 thereby acquitting the respondents of the offence p[unishable under Sections 447 and 448 read with Section 34 of IPC. There is delay of 98 days in filing the application. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 2,3 and 4, the delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Application stands disposed of.
