Advocate Mr.Desai appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks some time to place on record roznama of Regular Civil Suit no.176 of 2007. At his request, time is granted till 16.4.2019 to place on record copy of the roznama by carrying out appropriate amendment on payment of costs of Rs.5000/­.

Costs to be paid to Kirtikar Law Library on or before 16.2.2019 failing which, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. If cost is paid, matter to appear on board on 29.4.2019.
