The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heir of the Respondent No.10 on record and for condonation of delay in filing the Civil Application. The reasons for the delay find a place in the Civil Application. The learned counsel Shri P M Arjunwadkar states that he has instructions to appear for the Respondent Nos. 10(a) who is the heir of the deceased Respondent No.10.
The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the heir of the Respondent No.10 is allowed to be brought on record. Amendment
