Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner­husband. Issue notice to Respondent­wife subject to condition that the Petitioner shall deposit the total sum of Rs.30,000/­ towards part payment of maintenance within a period of two weeks from today. Failure to which the present Petition stands dismiss automatically without further reference to this Court and in case Petitioner succeeded to deposit the total sum of Rs.30,000/­ within the stipulated period, issue notice to Respondent, returnable on 27.08.2018. Meanwhile, there shall be ad­interim relief of stay to the execution and operation of impugned order passed by the learned Family Court, Kolhapur, for granting the interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, till the next date.
