By the present application, the appeal which was refused registration in the wake of the conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial II) dated 08/02/2018, is sought to be restored. It is pleaded that there is delay of 4 years 16 days in filing the interim application.

I am inclined to restore the appeal by condoning the aforesaid delay, since the appellant is desirous of withdrawing the appeal. In the wake of the aforesaid circumstances, the application is allowed by condoning the delay in filing the application.
