By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR bearing C.R. No. 92 of 2022 registered with the Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Ichalkaranji, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 449, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have amicably settled their dispute.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the police have filed a 'C' Summary Report, in the said case. Learned APP has N. S. Chitnis 1/2

910-wp.1502.2022.doc tendered a photocopy of the said report i.e. 'C' Summary Report. The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid report tendered by the learned APP, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 6.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and if an adverse order is passed as against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, if the occasion so arises.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
